Defensive end Roman Braglio out for Maryland football vs. Ohio State

Maryland starting defensive end Roman Braglio has mononucleosis and won't play for the Terrapins against Ohio State on Saturday, reports the Baltimore Sun Media Group's Daniel Gallen.

Maryland DE Roman Braglio (mono) is out today. Jesse Aniebonam will start in his place.

Jesse Aniebonam will start in his place, and Chandler Burkett will back up Aniebonam.

Braglio is a big loss, although mainly for depth reasons because Aniebonam is a strong replacement. Braglio has two sacks and 4.5 tackles per loss this year, both figures that rate near the top of Maryland's roster.
