When Perry Hills was replaced against Bowling Green, it was clear that a change was needed.
Now Caleb Rowe will get his chance to run the Maryland offense. After naming Rowe the starter on Monday, the Terrapins staff is preparing the signal caller for his first start in nearly two years.
Despite throwing a pair of interceptions in relief of Hills last Saturday, Rowe is still very confident and ready for the challenge against South Florida.
“I don’t think it’s any different,” Rowe said. “It’s football, it’s what we came here to do.
