UNC’s Marcus Paige fractured the third metacarpal on his right (non-shooting) hand in practice on Tuesday, will miss 3-4 weeks, per school.

ESPN's Jeff Goodman is reporting the North Carolina senior guard could miss three to four weeks with the injury. Four weeks from today is Dec. 2nd, and the Terps go to play in North Carolina on Dec. 1st. Paige led the Tar Heels in scoring in each of the last two seasons.
