Antwaine Richardson commits to Maryland: Terps get 3-star cornerback, a Michigan decommit

Three-star Florida 2016 cornerback Antwaine Richardson committed to play college football at Maryland, he announced on Twitter Tuesday night. Richardson is a previous Michigan commit, but announced he'd decommitted from the Wolverines last Thursday and will now follow former Michigan defensive coordinator DJ Durkin to College Park.

Richardson is rated the No. 84 cornerback in the class and the No. 120 player in talent-laden Florida on the 247Sports Composite. He claimed offers from Miami and West Virginia, among other programs. He'll enroll early, this month.

He's an incredible fifth Maryland commit from Florida in the span of a week, following running back LaDerrien Wilson, defensive lineman Aaron Thompson and defensive backs Elisha and Elijah Daniels.
