Maryland football added a key piece to its roster Wednesday, signing three-star tight end Weston Wolff.
The Florida-native, who committed to the Terps in May, ranks as the No. 44 tight-end in the 2021 class. He held offers from Baylor, Indiana and Miami, among others.
Wolff stands at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds and brings key athleticism to the tight end room, which had a lack of depth in 2020. He transitioned from wide receiver to tight end in high school and has strong hands along with a big frame.
Wolff played for Venice High School in Florida, where the team had a 10-4 record and reached the 7A region final, but fell to powerhouse St.
