Three-star outside linebacker Nihym Anderson officially became a Terp after signing his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday.
Anderson, who attends Vineland Senior High School South in Vineland, New Jersey, is the No. 24 prospect in New Jersey and the No. 54 outside linebacker in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite. He verbally committed in April, over Temple and Pitt.
Anderson is the second-highest ranked outside linebacker in this class, and the 6’2, 227-pounder has a good chance of getting significant playing time this year. Maryland is losing three senior linebackers, so the core will be depleted.
