Editor’s note: This story was initially published Dec. 15 after Love’s commitment. It has been updated to reflect his signing.
Maryland football received a commitment from three-star offensive guard Khris Love Sunday, and the Florida native sent in his letter of intent Wednesday morning.
“Thankful, Grateful, Blessed,” Love said in his announcement tweet. “Following my Heart, I’m looking forward to all my new opportunities!!! Love is Locked in!”
Love was originally committed to South Florida, but the Bulls fired head coach Charlie Strong earlier this month — paving the way for the Terps to work late magic.
