Installation of the Cam Henderson Center’s $1 million, center-hung videoboard is approaching its conclusion, as Marshall University Athletics aims for an early-September completion date.
“(The board will) make a world of difference in that arena,” Aaron Goebbel, associate director of athletics for external affairs, said. “There’s nothing better than panning the crowd during a timeout and seeing yourself up there going wild and having a good time. That’s what it’s about.”
The timetable for the videoboard’s installment is not officially set, but the athletic department hopes it will be finished before Marshall volleyball’s September 5 home match.
