Marshall on Tuesday reinstated assistant coach Chris Duhon from a two-month suspension following his drunken driving arrest near Huntington, West Virginia, in November.
Duhon will be back on the bench for the Thundering Herd's next game, Thursday against UTEP.
Duhon, 33, was charged with one count of aggravated DUI after police found him asleep behind the wheel with his car's engine still running.
He was found to have a blood alcohol level of .202, which is more than twice West Virginia's legal limit of 0.08.
Duhon won an NCAA title with Duke in 2001 and played in the NBA for nine years, including stints with the Knicks and Lakers.
