Level at 3-3 through the first two Conference USA series, Marshall returns to Appalachian Power Park this weekend to take on Middle Tennessee.
It is the second of four such series in Charleston. Game times are 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.
After its last visit to APP, where MU took two of three over Texas-San Antonio, the Herd has lost four of its last five. That included two losses out of three last weekend at Southern Mississippi.
The Herd split two extra-inning games Saturday before losing 13-3 on Sunday. That game was shortened to eight innings because of C-USA’s Sunday 10-run mercy rule.
