HUNTINGTON – Tonight’s scheduled baseball game between Marshall and West Virginia has been pushed back to Wednesday, due to thunderstorms expected to hit Morgantown on Tuesday night.
The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., and will be heard in Huntington, Ashland and Ironton in the Tri-State on ESPN 93.3 & 94.1 FMs and AMs 930 & 1340 with Dave Wilson making the call.
Marshall is 21-16, the best start after 37 games since 1988, and is in fourth in Conference USA with a 10-8 mark. The Herd took 2-of-3 from Charlotte last weekend, the team’s third road series win in league action.
