HUNTINGTON — Marshall University Head Football Coach Doc Holliday, looking to rebuild and reload after a rare 3-9 season in 2016, will have 18 signees — some of whom are already working out, as “mat drills” began this morning for the Thundering Herd players — when the dust clears on this year’s recruiting class.
