The next time the Herd has a huge crowd in the Cam Henderson Center, like the over 7,000 who made their way to watch the Thundering Herd take on the UAB Blazers for first place in Conference USA on Saturday, they will handle it better.
And the next time this team plays in a big game, they will know to come out fast to start the game and keep the end of the game out of the hands of officials — for as the Herd learned today you never know how a call will go, and so to win their games by taking care of winning themselves.
