CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Tre’ McLean scored a career-high 35 points as Chattanooga rallied from a first-half deficit Tuesday night to defeat Marshall 96-85 at McKenzie Arena.
The Thundering Herd (5-3) led by as many as 13 points in the first half and 41-33 at the break, but the Mocs (7-2) shot 68 percent in the second half while scoring 63 points. Justin Tuoyo and Greg Pryor scored 16 and 15 points, respectively — all in the final 20 minutes.
“We’re right there. I’ve seen a lot worse since I’ve been here,” Marshall coach Dan D’Antoni said in his radio postgame.
