The recruitment of Quentin Grimes continued to take a twist and a turn on Friday evening when Devon Dotson made a verbal commitment to Kansas.
Dotson is a 6’2”, 180 lb. point guard from Charlotte, North Carolina. He currently ranks #24 in the country in the 247 Sports Composite system, and #6 in the point guard rankings. While Dotson was announcing his commitment at the Friday night football game at his high school, top 25 prospect and Marquette target Quentin Grimes was in Lawrence on his official visit to Kansas.
At least as of Thursday, both Dotson and Grimes were being recruited by the Jayhawks.
