Every athlete has their own unique path to success. For senior Alex Warstler, it hasn’t been easy during his collegiate career. In his four seasons on the Marquette men’s tennis team, Warstler has gone from battling through injuries to fighting for playing time.
“I had to work my butt off,” Warstler said. “I remember freshman year looking at the depth of our team and was like, ‘Well, I might not be playing a lot, but I’m going to work as hard as I can.’ But I learned a lot of lessons through that. You don’t have to play to have an impact.
