CHICAGO — It’s been nearly two years since the Blue Demons have won a regular season non-conference game.
It’s been even longer since they’ve beaten Marquette though. That hasn’t happened in nearly three years.
Tuesday, Marquette men’s basketball (14-2, 5-0 Big East) attempts to hand DePaul (9-8, 0-6 Big East) its 39th consecutive regular season conference loss.
The Golden Eagles come into Tuesday riding a five-game win streak. David Joplin will undoubtedly be the player to watch for Marquette.
