Marquette’s postseason hopes are on the line on Saturday at Valley Fields, and the worst part about it is that MU is no longer in control of their destiny.
With three league games left to play, Marquette is 2-4 in Big East play. There is a three-way tie for second place in the conference at 5-1. With just four teams in the 10 team league qualifying for the conference tournament, the best MU can hope for is to pull off three wins down the stretch and end up in a tie at 5-4 with at least one other team that will lose their final three games of the season.
