Eight different Golden Eagles contributed to a program record for goals and in a game as Marquette beat Central Michigan 17-4 on Saturday afternoon.
Julianna Shearer led the way for Marquette, tying a personal best for points in a game with six. She tied the program record for goals in a game with five, equaling the total that she herself put up two years ago and Kenzie Brown reached three seasons ago. Shearer had the most impressive five goal performance of the three this time around, as she did it in less than 24 minutes.
