Goals on goals on goals for the Golden (Goalden?) Eagles on Friday evening!
In a game that wrapped up under the lights at Valley Fields, Marquette women's lacrosse picked up their first win of the 2016 season by thrashing California, 15-4.
Marquette was led by a pair of hat tricks from junior Amanda Bochniak and freshman Grace Gabriel. Bochniak also tallied MU's only three assists of the game to finish with six points, tying her career best. All told, eight different players found the back of the net.
The Golden Eagles didn't just take it to the Golden Bears in goals, they dominated the game in possession, too.
