Because Creighton had a COVID issue, they didn’t come to Milwaukee over the weekend, and as a result, Marquette volleyball did not play a game since the last time the AVCA released a top 25 poll. That didn’t have any effect on how the voters approached the Golden Eagles, neither positive nor negative, as they’re still the #24 team in the country.
The Golden Eagles snagged 156 points in this particular version of the poll. That has them right in between (hey, look at this) Creighton with 237 points at #23 and Missouri at #25 with 130 points.
