The new AVCA poll came out on Monday as it is wont to do, and with two new wins in their pocket, Marquette moved up a spot in the top 25. They are now the #11 team in the country, up from #12 a week ago.
Marquette earned 924 points this week, placing them between two very familiar names. Creighton is your #10 team in the country this week, picking up a cool 1,000 points right on the number. BYU is the #12 team this week, snagging 875 points.
Baylor, one of just three teams to beat Marquette this year, is still the #1 team in the country, earning their spot with 61 of the 64 first place votes.
