The Marquette women’s lacrosse team (0-2, 0-0 BIG EAST) lost their second straight game of the season to Central Michigan University (1-0, 0-0 MAC) 11-10 Sunday afternoon in Michigan.
Junior midfielder Lydia Foust led the way for Golden Eagles, completing a hat trick down the stretch to decrease the CMU’s lead, however it was not enough to help MU late in the game.
Foust finished with three goals, followed by senior attacker Caroline Steller and junior attacker Shea Garcia with two each, respectively.
The Chippewas were led by sophomore midfielder Audrey Whiteside, who saw the back of the net four times.
