The Golden Eagles icon has left Miami after 13 seasons for his hometown and a chance to team up with MU great Jimmy Butler.
On Wednesday evening, noted NBA reporter extraordinaire Adrian Wojnarowski dropped a bombshell into the laps of Miami Heat fans, Chicago Bulls fans, and Marquette Golden Eagles fans everywhere.
Dwyane Wade has informed the Bulls he plans to sign a deal with them, sources tell @TheVertical. Bulls sending out contracts now.

Marquette icon Dwyane Wade has played every single one of his over 30,000 career minutes wearing the black and red of the Miami Heat after being drafted fifth overall by the team in 2003, but he’s trading that in for the red and black of the Chicago Bulls starting this fall.
