After a week off following the home win over Villanova, Marquette men’s basketball went 0-2 this past week with road losses to Connecticut and Butler. They did that while ranked #18 in the country in the Associated Press poll, so the obvious question is: What will the poll voters do with the Golden Eagles after that?
Turns out, the answer is, mostly speaking: drop them out of the top 25.
The new AP poll is out on Monday morning, as it always is, and officially, Marquette is no longer ranked in the top 25.
