For the first time in program history, Marquette men’s golf will send two individuals to the NCAA regionals. Hunter Eichhorn and Matt Murlick will both be in Texas for regional play on May 14th, 15th, and 16th, as they have been included in the Bryan Regional at Traditions Club hosted by Texas A&M as individual competitors.
Eichhorn earned his way into the field by way of winning the Big East’s individual championship, where he was the only player to record a score under par. He’s the first ever MU player to earn a spot in the NCAA field in that fashion.
