The first part of the difficult process - deciding a shortlist of three names - has been done already, by the women's squad themselves.
Casey Stoney's players have put forward the following trio for you, the fans, to choose from by voting in the official app:
- Millie Turner Voting will close at 23:59 BST on Wednesday 8 May and the winner will be announced at Thursday's awards ceremony, which will be shown live in the official app.
