Kobbie Mainoo described scoring United's sensational winner at Wolves – his first Premier League goal for the Reds – as "a dream come true".
In the 97th minute, the 18-year-old came up with the moment that decided a pulsating contest, when he breezed through the Wolves defence and curled a majestic effort into the bottom corner.
And he couldn’t hide his delight when speaking to TNT Sports immediately after the final whistle.
“I’ve still not come down from it, I still feel like I’m dreaming to be honest,” Kobbie admitted. “It’s such a tough place to come, they’ve had a good home run here, so we had to get the win.
