Andre Onana could make his first start at the Africa Cup of Nations on Friday, when Cameroon take on Senegal in a crucial match in Group C
The Manchester United goalkeeper won a race against time to reach Ivory Coast in time for Cameroon's AFCON opener, only to be left out of the squad for the 1-1 draw against Guinea.
Onana agreed to join the Indomitable Lions squad late, having played in goal during United's 2-2 draw against Tottenham on January 14.
The goalkeeper travelled 4,800 miles to Ivory Coast from Liverpool's John Lennon airport on a private jet, but was forced to land in Abidjan due to heavy fog in Yamoussoukro, where Cameroon were scheduled to play their tournament opener.
