Gary Neville has revealed that Wayne Rooney ended up having a fight during a Manchester United team night out despite being 'man marked' by a security guard.
Neville was named as United's captain in 2005 and on Wednesday he was asked which player he had the most difficulty looking after as skipper.
The former right-back revealed that Rooney caused the most problems, saying that the striker was 'a brilliant lad' but was also 'unpredictable'.
Neville ensured that Rooney was protected by a security guard on nights out, but his team-mate still managed to get into trouble.
