Manchester United’s first-team stars turned out in force to support the launch of the club’s new third kit for the 2018/19 season.
The concept of the new navy blue jersey was inspired by the 50th anniversary of United’s historic first European Cup win, taking its cue from the royal blue kit worn by Sir Matt Busby's men in their 4-1 victory over Portuguese side Benfica in May 1968.
Adidas has released a promotional video, featuring Manchester rapper IAMDDB and Juan Mata, interviews with Scott McTominay and Ander Herrera, and footage from the Reds’ memorable success against Benfica at Wembley.
