The new Muslim supporters’ club is a non-geographical union of supporters, representing and connecting fans who share in their faith across the world, further highlighting the role football can play in bringing communities together.
The foundation of the Manchester United Muslim supporter group follows growing initiatives from across the 23/24 season, including: inter-faith rooms in the north/south stands at Old Trafford, new prayer rooms at Carrington for players, staff, parents and visitors, Friday prayers led by the inter-faith employee resource group, education sessions with the academy on faith in football and the first Iftar meal held for staff and players during Ramadan at Carrington.
