Manchester United made a winning return to the Milk Cup, now known as SuperCupNI, after a two-year absence, as the Under-18s defeated Northern Ireland 1-0 in a showcase game.
The Coleraine fixture was settled by Nishan Burkart's early opener, although Stephen Frail's side had chances to redress the balance in the second half.
Over 2,000 fans saw the stars of the future as Kieran McKenna, who played in the tournament in his youth, selected Under-23 squad members Theo Richardson and Callum Whelan in his starting XI. Dutch forward Millen Baars also featured after clearance was received for him to start his Reds career.
