Chelsea are ahead of Real Madrid and Manchester United in the race to sign Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski this summer, according to reports.
The Polish frontman has scored 139 goals in four seasons with the Bundesliga giants, since arriving from rivals Borussia Dortmund in 2014.
He has three years remaining on his contract at Bayern but he is expected to leave this summer after changing his agent.
Lewandowski is now represented by super-agent Pini Zahavi, and it is believed the move is an indication of his desire to join a Premier League club.
