Manchester United have moved ahead of Chelsea in the race for Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij.
The Dutchman, who has been linked with a transfer to the Premier League since 2014, has been told he can leave in the summer if someone meets his £30m asking price.
That has alerted both Chelsea and Manchester United, while Tottenham are also said to be keeping tabs on the 25-year-old.
But, according to Il Messaggero, it is Manchester United who are at the front of the queue to sign De Vrij this summer.
