Tottenham step back from Christian Eriksen bid to focus on other signings while Danish stars mulls over Manchester United offer as Everton, Brentford and West Ham circle

Tottenham have stepped back from their bid for Christian Eriksen as they concentrate on other additions.

The Dane has offers from Manchester United, Everton, Leicester, Brentford, West Ham and Ajax.

New United boss Erik ten Hag has made Eriksen one of his key transfer targets and the club have offered the 30-year-old a contract, which the player is considering.

The Times have reported Spurs have had no contact with Eriksen's camp for two weeks, with Brentford also in the dark over the Dane's future.
