The Sky Blues boss, who masterminded a breathtaking win at Wolves in the quarter-finals, will lead his side out at Wembley, bidding to reach the Midlanders' first final since 1987.
There was a positive update from his press conference to preview the game as midfielder Jamie Allen could feature in the matchday squad for the first time since February.
"Jamie is joining in today," said Robins. "He's been around it again this week and will be part of training today, so we'll see. He may end up sneaking onto the bench."
However, former Chelsea man Kasey Palmer is suspended, after picking up a couple of yellow cards in the competition.
