It may not have been the busiest of summers for Nottingham Forest in terms of transfers, especially compared to last year, but it has been a period of transformation at the City Ground.
A new pitch — the first for 23 years — has been laid at the club’s home, while a host of other upgrades have been carried out.
Corporate facilities have been refurbished, as has the media zone, while floodlights at Forest’s training ground — that previously did not work — have been upgraded.
Meanwhile, Manchester United winger Anthony Elanga is expected to complete his move to Forest today.
