Rio Ferdinand has provided fans a glimpse of what it feels like to be a Manchester United player after posting a video of Sir Alex Ferguson giving one last motivational talk ahead of Michael Carrick's testimonial match at Old Trafford earlier this month.
Ferguson was renowned for his ability to motivate his team during his time in charge of the Red Devils, while his notorious half-time 'hairdryer' rants have become the stuff of legend.
However, the 75-year-old Scot showed a softer side to his management style at the testimonial while addressing a number of his former players ahead of kick-off.
