Ruben Amorim blames Man United's 'lack of threat' for Rasmus Hojlund's goalscoring woes - as he defends under-fire striker amid 16-game drought

Ruben Amorim feels Manchester United's inability to create chances is the main reason behind Rasmus Hojlund's struggles in front of goal this season.

Hojlund has only scored two Premier League goals this term, and has not found the net in his last 16 matches across all competitions.

Arguably even more concerning is that Hojlund has only had 16 shots in the top flight in 2024-25.

Goals have been hard to come by for United all season, and Amorim is convinced his team must take responsibility for their shortcomings as a collective rather than blaming individuals.
