Former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane has criticised Fred and Scott McTominay for their performance on Sunday afternoon.
Erik ten Hag's reign at United got off to a nightmare start as his side lost 2-1 to Brighton at Old Trafford after Pascal Gross scored twice for the Seagulls.
Speaking on Sky Sports after the game, Keane said: 'The [lack of] decision-making and football intelligence from midfield, particularly Fred.
'I've been going on about it for a long time – Fred and McTominay are not good enough. They won't get Man United back competing at the top.
