Roy Keane completes U-turn on Fred hailing him for his 'lovely little finish' in Man United's FA Cup win over Reading - after icon had previously blasted the Brazilian's 'footballing intelligence' and claiming he would NEVER be 'good enough' for the club

Roy Keane appears to have changed his opinion on Manchester United's Brazilian midfielder Fred.

The former United captain has long been one of Fred's most vocal critics, but the 29-year-old's performance in the club's FA Cup win over Reading on Saturday appears to have begun to shift his view.

After replacing the injured Christian Eriksen as a second-half substitute, the Brazil international wasted no time getting on the scoresheet, connecting with a Bruno Fernandes cross with a sublime backheel to increase United's lead.
