Real Madrid star Dani Carvajal has hit back at 'totally false' claims made by a man who allegedly acted as a translator for the Spanish national team during the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
As per Spanish outlet The Objective, Alex Pena claimed to have worked with the international side during the tournament, and has since made a number of allegations about the behaviour of a number of players, including Carvajal, Nacho Monreal, and former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.
Pena shared details about the players' alleged conduct on nights out at the tournament in a little-seen YouTube interview with Che America Latina in 2022, but the eyecatching content of the clip failed to gain traction at the time.
