Ralf Rangnick is looking to make his mark during his short stint as manager of Man United, and the new interim boss' backroom additions have highlighted issues overlooked by his predecessors.
Rangnick, 63, has been appointed on a temporary basis and will take charge of the first team until the end of the season, having been tasked with hauling the Red Devils up the Premier League table.
Beyond that, the former RB Leipzig and Salzburg director has agreed to a two-year consultancy role, whereby he will look to strengthen the club's football operations after years of missing out on major honours.
