Ralf Rangnick gave an honest appraisal of Manchester United's 1-1 draw with Young Boys in the Champions League, revealing that his inexperienced side were not 'proactive enough' over 90 minutes.

Youngster Mason Greenwood put United in front inside the the first 10 minutes with an exceptional finish but their Swiss rivals scored before the break and the Red Devils were unable to find a winner.

With United's place in the last-16 already secured, Rangnick rung the changes for Wednesday night's game, handing debuts to the likes of Tom Heaton, Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage - son of BT Sport pundit Robbie.
