PSV Eindhoven have asked about signing Manchester United winger Anthony Elanga on loan but Erik ten Hag is still reluctant to let players out.
The 20-year-old has started just seven games under Erik ten Hag this season, despite breaking into the first-team under Ralf Rangnick.
It has previously been reported that Elanga was becoming frustrated with his lack of game time - and the Swede was heavily linked with a loan move to Everton.
