Paul Scholes has criticised Erik ten Hag's tactics when playing away from home as Manchester United manager.
The Red Devils play West Ham in a tricky away clash at the London Stadium in Saturday's early kick-off.
United struggled against the better sides in the Premier League away from Old Trafford last season, beating just one of the other teams who finished inside the top ten.
Before today's 12.30pm kick-off at West Ham, Scholes said Ten Hag's tactics away from home have been 'naive'.
He said: 'They struggled last year in the big games last year and I also felt last year that it was naïve going to good away grounds and playing with one holding midfielder and the rest being attacking.
