Antoine Griezmann believes Paul Pogba needs to be shown 'affection' to rediscover his form after another disappointing performance during France's World Cup qualifier victory over Bulgaria on Friday.
Les Bleus returned to the Stade de France for the first time since losing to Portugal in the final of Euro 2016 and laid their ghosts to rest with a scintillating 4-1 victory, although Pogba again failed to live up to his billing as the world's most expensive player.
The 23 year-old has struggled on his return to Manchester United following a record £100million move from Juventus in the summer, but Griezmann insists his national team-mate is giving all his effort and deserves appreciation.
