Manchester United star Paul Pogba is a 'class above most players in the Premier League and thoroughly deserves a new contract at the club, according to former player Lee Sharpe.
The Frenchman's deal at Old Trafford expires next summer, and has been linked with an exit from the club following an up-and-down five year spell since returning from Juventus for £89million in 2016.
But this season Pogba has shown signs he is becoming the player United forked out a club-record fee for, with some inspired recent displays in the middle of the park for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
