Former Manchester United and Juventus left back Patrice Evra has hit out at former France international-turned-pundit Christophe Dugarry with a bizarre insult.
Speaking with ex-international team-mate WIlliam Gallas - now a colleague of Dugarry's at SFR Sport - the 35-year-old left back suggested that Dugarry has benefited from his friendship with France legend Zinedine Zidane, in puerile fashion.
Marseille defender Evra was speaking in apparent response to criticism of his form since returning to Ligue 1 from Serie A giants Juventus in January.

Having never recorded an overly-impressive scoring record, throughout his playing career, striker Dugarry was accused of receiving favourable treatment with the national team because of his relationship with Zidane, whom he played with at Bordeaux for four seasons in the 1990s.
